A website enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when Too Sweet Logistics accepts the job and confirms the service, price, date and requirements.
Quotations
Quotes are based on the information supplied. Additional charges may apply where load details, access, waiting time, mileage, parking, tolls or other requirements differ from the original information.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate addresses, access details and item information, disclose fragile, valuable, hazardous or restricted goods and ensure the items are suitably prepared for transport.
Cancellations and delays
Cancellation arrangements will be confirmed at booking. Reasonable steps will be taken to reduce disruption caused by traffic, weather, road closures, breakdowns, access restrictions or other events outside reasonable control.
Insurance and liability
Applicable cover and liability terms should be confirmed for the particular service. Customers must disclose the nature and value of goods before booking.
